🔄 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At DBLUE FASHION, we design pieces for those who lead, not follow. Every product undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch. However, if your order isn't perfect, please review our policy below.
By placing an order on www.dbluefashion.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. The 48-Hour Window
· Strict Timeline: Return or Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
· Verification: The delivery date is verified via our courier partner's tracking system. Requests made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must be:
· Pristine Condition: Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
· Original Packaging: All tags, invoices, and original packaging must be intact.
· No Wear & Tear: Free of perfume scents, stains, makeup marks, or alterations.
Note: If a returned product fails our quality inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Customized or personalized products.
· Limited edition drops.
· Discounted, promotional, or "Final Sale" items.
· Free gifts.
(Exceptions are made only if the item is received damaged or incorrect).
4. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a request, visit our portal:

· Processing Fee: A mandatory fee of ₹150 applies to all returns and exchanges.
· Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, customers must ship the product back to our facility. We do not provide reverse pickups.
· Damaged Items: If you received a damaged/incorrect product, DBLUE FASHION will bear all shipping costs.
Exchange/Replacement Delivery: The exchanged or replacement product will be delivered within 14 days from the date the returned item is received and approved by our team.
5. Store Credit Policy (Refunds)
DBLUE FASHION operates on a Store Credit Only refund system.
· No Cash Refunds: We do NOT offer refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or original payment methods.
· Store Credit Issuance: Approved returns will be credited to your DBLUE FASHION account within 2 working days after the item passes inspection.
· Usage: Store credit is valid for future purchases, is non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
6. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours:
1. Reach out via WhatsApp or our Return Portal.
2. Provide clear photos and an unboxing video (highly recommended).
3. We will either replace the item or issue store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are only processed if a replacement is unavailable, at our sole discretion.
7. Policy Protection
· COD Abuse: Refusing COD deliveries or excessive returns may lead to the suspension of COD privileges or permanent account restriction.
· Modifications:DBLUE FASHION reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
